Charise + Michael // Real Wedding Highlights

Charise and Michael are a fun couple who also share a passion for baseball. We loved the awesome Rays groom’s cake, and several times throughout their special day, Charise was consoling tearing bridesmaids with, “There’s no crying in baseball.” So cute! The newlyweds were surrounded by many great family and friends who celebrated every moment of their special day. The reception decor was phenomenal thanks to the talented Simply Divine Events, with amazing roses adorning the tables, lots of sparkle, even cigar rollers to welcome the guests, Charise and Michael truly had a dream wedding. Ashley + Michael //Super 8 Wedding Highlights

Ashley and Michael were married at the very historic Powel Crosley Estates in Sarasota. They had a fantastically vintage “Great Gatsby” themed wedding and what better than to shoot it all on Super 8! We shot the couple’s engagement session with Gina Leigh in Super 8 and we really loved their style and we could really tell how much they loved each other. Their wedding day was perfect, with crisp, cool air, sunshine, many family and friends, and lots of fun!

Michael and his groomsmen arrived to the wedding in style via a really cool boat. Ashley and her bridesmaids were busy looking beautiful and finalizing all the details of her dream day! Tracey and I had a blast shooting on our Super 8mm film cameras. We were more than excited to share in the couple’s biggest day and to document it in such a timeless way! Congrats you guys!

We are so excited to post Kristen and Ryan’s highlights film from their beautiful wedding at the Ritz Carlton Sarasota. The couple share a very special bond and have been together 10 years, so this day was a long time coming! You may remember their trailer posted shortly after the wedding – but these full highlights really encapsulate the fun and love shared on their biggest of days! Gasparilla International Film Festival 2010

This is seriously a cool video!~ We were the official cinematographers at the Gasparilla International Film Festival for 4 days in March – following all the action and mingling with the stars. Raymond J. Barry got the lifetime achievement award and you may not know his name but click on the link and I guarantee you have seen most of his films. I was saying, “I didn’t know he was in that!?” We got to hang with Ryan Nece and Shelton Quarrels of the Bucs, Jerry Springer, Stephen Baldwin, Armand Assante and the Melora Hardin, Michael’s Boss from “The Office” (ok well we really didn’t hang with all of them but said “Hi” to most…lol)

The Rising Star Award went to Arielle Kebbel who was a student of local actor teacher Kathy Lauglin of Performers Studio Workshop. Kathy has coached many of the actors used in our short films!

The closing party was a blast and MMD Events designed a fantastic party, and the to die for delecables was catered by Good Food Catering Company and the bar was run by the fantastic uDream Events and DJ Fresh official DJ of the Rays rocked the house!

Marianne + John // Real Wedding Highlights

We are very excited to post Marianne and John’s rockin’ highlights. There were so many fantastic details to capture on video as Marianne and John really put their hearts into the wedding planning. Marianne enjoyed planning the wedding so much that she is now interning in the wedding and event industry. We recently got to work alongside Marianne at the 2010 Gasparilla International Film Festival – which was very cool for us! As you can see, all of Marianne and John’s family and friends had a blast throughout the day, so we think Marianne definitely has a knack for event planning! Congratulations to John and Marianne on your wonderful marriage and our thoughts and prayers go out to John as he is set to leave for Afghanistan in June.

Stephanie and Ross were wed at the breathtaking Ancient City Baptist Church in the oldest city in our nation, St. Augustine, FL. The couple met while on the debate team and knew almost instantly they would spend the rest of their lives together. The weather was more than perfect and both family and friends enjoyed the couples most special day in spectacular fashion!

I think it’s safe to say Stephanie and Ross found their fountain of youth!

Jennifer + John // Real Wedding Highlights!

Jennifer and John were married at the beautiful Bayanihan Arts Center in Westchase (which is quickly becoming one of our favorite places to shoot)! Jennifer, and all her bridesmaids got their makeup done by Karen Turner at the very hip Sola Salon Studios in Carrolwood. Then we were off to shoot the lovely ladies and the men as they got ready to wed at the arts center. The night was beautiful and just before Christmas. The bride looked radiant as she walked down the isle choking back tears as she took her vows and the groom was the most excited man in the room as they became husband and wife!
