Stef + Randy // Powel Crosley Wedding Cinematography // Featured on Style Me Pretty //

  • March 29, 2012 12:47 pm

We think it’s so blog-o-licious to be featured on the sweetest of them all – Style Me Pretty along with Jessica Lorren Organic Photography! Super adorable high-school sweethearts Stafanie and Randy were married at the simply beautiful Powel Crosley Estate in Sarasota – which was the perfect venue for their deliciously vintage and southern theme! The bridesmaids all wore beautiful gray dresses with bright pink cardigans – seriously adorable and so fun and unique! Hand-made doilies accented mason jars, which were then turned into lanterns. Guests enjoyed corn hole on the lawn and a true country meal including waffles and fried chicken. It really was a perfect day and we couldn’t be happier for the newlyweds!

Lindsay {and} Ken // Super 8 + HD Cinematography // Tampa Museum of Art

  • March 14, 2012 2:53 pm

Lindsay and Ken’s ultra-cool, ultra-chic wedding at the Tampa Museum of Art was a work of art in and of itself! In keeping in line with the contemporary and visually striking venue, the newlyweds had a party so different from a traditional wedding day. With a clean, modern design, guests arrived to comfy lounge areas, instead of the typical sit-down dinner. White was everywhere from the furniture to the floral. Mise En Place had delicious food stations – another fun and unique touch! Of course, we were super excited to shoot Super 8 film throughout the day, and seriously the film looks so incredibly awesome, right!?! XOXO!

Ashley + Roland // Destination Wedding // Abacos, Bahamas // Highlights

  • March 7, 2012 4:00 pm

Imagine marrying your high school sweetheart on a romantic lagoon on a beautiful island in the Bahamas. Sublime, right? Well that’s exactly what newlyweds Ashley and Roland did! It only made sense for the gorgeous couple to start their married life in a location where they each spent so much time – and watched their teenage crush grow into a “forever love.” Surrounded by family and friends, (and their dog Roxy as ring bearer) the warm tropical waters of the Abacos, and its white sandy beaches, the couple had a dream destination wedding with Roland’s Dad officiating the touching ceremony! The party’s tropical decor included palm fronds, a woven dance floor, seashells and a true Bahamian Band for live entertainment! We found out the saying is true – “It’s better in the Bahamas!” Congratulations to the new husband and wife! XOXO!

Getting blogged is as sweet as a Pomegranate!

  • February 3, 2012 10:47 am

It’s so much fun to collaborate with other talented artists to create inspiration shoots for brides. When (the talented) Mariana and Khaled from Kismis Ink Photography asked if we would shoot a video for their “Pomegranate” winter wedding collaboration we knew it would be a blast and full of crazy beautiful ideas! Boy, were we right! With delicious colors of rich red, warm gold and snow white as well as the beauty of pomegranates, orchids and pine cones – all the participating vendors created a true winter wonderland dream wedding! (Um, seriously, we love how the pomegranate was used not only for its vibrant color but also for its sweet and lovely look and feel too!) As if this isn’t all enough to make a person explode, we’ve been blogged about it! (yay!) Check out Brenda’s Wedding Blog to see this fruitful palate of inspiration!
